Saddle Wheel

The saddle wheel is designed to compact dirt on both sides of the pipe at the same time. Variations of this wheel can fit almost any excavator or backhoe. By using this wheel instead of "Jumping jacks", or similar means of compaction, you eliminate the possibility of shifting the pipe and increase production while keeping a man out of the trench.

Dozer Wheel

For use with dozer or scraper on steep grades or wide areas, where conventional self propelled machines, or ride on compactors, could not gain enough traction to keep from "Spinning out" or simply to eliminate the extra machine and man to cut cost. This wheel mounts directly to the ripper shank bar and adds much versitility to a dozer where other attachments are not readily available.

The extension box can allow a wheel to compact areas where normal reach of the machine with the wheel is not enough. Pictured here a loader uses an extension box to compact a trench were the excavator was unavailable. These extension boxes can allow a wide range of machines to use the same wheel.

Skid Steer wheels range from widths of 4" to 72". The wheels are primarily used for compacting hard to get to areas and utility lines such as gas, water, fiber optic, and electrical. These wheels can eliminate more costly machinery and increase production, along with adding versitility to existing equipment.
